Beyond MSP Strategy

One of my proudest accomplishments was co-authoring the book "Together We Rise" alongside some awesome women leaders in the staffing industry. All proceeds are donated to the ASA Scholarship program, supporting emerging female leaders in the industry. 

I'm deeply passionate about diversity and lifting up women in the industry. I have been a long-time member of, and even chaired, the Women in Leadership Council for the American Staffing Association and I mentor women through the ASA Mentoring program.  I've been recognized as one of Pride Global's Trailblazing Women, dedicated to promoting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and advancing opportunities for women in the industry. I also sit on the IDEA Council promoting DEI in the industry. Diversity is the spice of life, and I'm here to shake things up!
